BirdTalk - OUR SCHEDULED TALKS
Throughout the year, IFBR schedules presentations on a variety of birding-related topics. These presentations may feature birds observed during field trips (BirdTrips), species seen during our annual field trip held in conjunction with each Rotary International Convention (BirdWalks), topics of interest to birders, or research related to birds and bird conservation.
Presentations are given by guest speakers from within our membership as well as by experts from the international birding community.
Each presentation is approximately one hour long and is conducted via Zoom. All IFBR members are invited to attend the live sessions. Presentations are also recorded, so members who are unable to join the live Zoom session can watch them online at their convenience.
The Next BirdTalk
Our next BirdTalk will feature IFBR members Eva Nordwall and Pieter Schut, who will share highlights from their recent birding trip to the Netherlands. Their presentation will include photographs of the birds they observed, along with stories and insights from their travels.
